Completed 13 Days Early!

This is my compliments for Jack and Wei Yi. (G.O.A.T.)

This review took me 20 minutes to pen, and it is worthwhile to do it for all future would-be tenants out there searching for a very reliable and responsible design and renovation company called G.O.A.T.

1) Why I choose G.O.A.T.

The first meeting at the site was positive. Wei Yi arrived early for the site briefing.

To me and to everyone, punctuality is a mannerism and it scored good point. She dressed neatly. She came out with a virtual design fast, followed by a quotation for the renovation project.

2) G.O.A.T. has many good, skilled and qualified workmen and several of them are “star” players with good initiatives, very responsible, and very hardworking without their supervisors on site to supervise them or the tenant to go on site to see them work.

3) When I met with problems, G.O.A.T. is always there to take the challenge and solve for us by:

a) give us a virtual drawing

b) a timeline to show us which activity will be carried out on which date.

c) I do track the timeline. Moving ahead, the timeline is smooth from the start. The schedule is about 5 to 7 days ahead in the middle of the timeline project. Towards the tail, it is about 10 to 12 days ahead.

4) When a problem arises, G.O.A.T. is always there to listen and help us solve it amicably.

5) The most headache is the spalling concrete issue where G.O.A.T. is able to address it with HDB.

6) I like the style of Wei Yi. When we pounce a question to her, she never puts a long or sulky face. She responsed promptly and in a positive manner. That makes both sides to work smoothly and happily.

I did tell G.O.A.T. that corporate image is very important. From pasting for renovation notice to design plan to be pasted on the wall, I told G.O.A.T. not to give me plaster tape on all four corners. Instead, use a proper color tape to paste a whole stretch from top left to right, the same from bottom left to right to project a stylist and neat and proper appearance.

Sometimes, I engage conversation with G.O.A.T.”s star workmen. The latter always have positive compliments about G.O.A.T. From here, I can safely confirm that G.O.A.T. is a good choice to engage them for your renovation needs.

What does G.O.A.T. stand for? It means Great Of All Times, and it lives up to its corporate image.

The whole project was completed 13 days ahead of the timeline.

Wei Yi is the assigned site supervisor caring for my renovation needs. She carried out her duties sincerely and faithfully, a trusted site supervisor of all times.

We thank G.O.A.T. , its staff and a pool of “star” workmen very much for their dedicated services.
