My family and I felt very fortunate to have gotten Jack and Tavis from GOAT Creative Studio to help us with our partial Reno which is so much better than my previous one. The team has selected one of the best support teams (for carpentry, for plumbing, electrical engineering etc) and we are all very happy with what they have provided for us. They are always prompt and helpful and went the extra mile to source for alternative things like the Japanese altar and swivel chair etc. They always responded with such promptness and care that we are amazed at their professionalism and support. As we needed things to be expedited, they did this to their best ability and delivered accordingly. We’re blessed to have found Weijie for our first home reno! Throughout the entire process, he has been nothing but steady, efficient and responsible. Despite the inevitable hiccups, he never failed to listen to us and discuss options and solutions with us promptly. He also offered practical advice and often encouraged us to consider various options. This showed that he has his customers’ best interests at heart and not just doing it for the money. His personality made the process much easier as it was always easy to talk to him and be honest with him (even as we bombard him with questions🤭).
